Temporary switchboard operator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Answering and forwarding incoming telephone calls

Receiving visitors and registering them, including entering their details into the system

Processing incoming and outgoing mail

Distributing mail to the departments

Allocating pool vehiclests
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Good IT skills
- Confidence and friendliness, even in hectic situations
- Strong service and customer focus
