Data Protection Declaration
The protection of your personal data and your privacy are very important to us. For this reason, we comply with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Telemedia Act (TDDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We would like to explain to you in our data protection declaration what data we collect and how we handle this data:
Information on the collection, handling and processing of personal data
The responsible party, according to Article 4 (7) EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is Interprint GmbH, Westring 22, 59759 Arnsberg, Germany (see Legal Notices). You can reach our data protection officer at datenschutz@interprint.de or our postal address, attention, "Data Protection Officer".
When you contact us by e-mail or through a contact form, the information you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number if applicable) will be stored by us to answer your questions. The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR). We delete the data that arises in this context after its storage is no longer required or limit the processing if there are statutory retention requirements. If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes. We also specify the fixed criteria for the retention period.
Your rights
You have the following rights with respect to the personal data concerning yourself: – right to information,

– right to restriction of processing,
– right to object to the processing,
– right to data portability,
– right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data.

Collection of personal data when you visit our website
When using the website for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Article 6 (1) p. 1 (f) GDPR):

– Date and time of the request
– Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
– Contents of request (actual page)
– Access status/HTTP-status code
– Respectively transmitted data quantities
– From which website the request is coming
– Browser
– Operating system and its interface
– Language and browser software version.
In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website.
Cookies
Cookies are used on our website. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, which your browser saves. Through the use of cookies, we have the possibility to optimize our offers for you. We learn how our visitors move around the website and which pages are particularly interesting. This information is only evaluated for statistical purposes. The individual user remains anonymous. The data will be stored separately from personal data required for registration, e.g. for your personal myIP account. No conclusions can be drawn about a particular person.
We use the following types of cookies on our Interprint website:
a) Essential cookies
These are necessary to enable the core functionality of the website. This includes Google Tag Manager and Usercentric's Consent Management Platform for data collection and processing.
b) Marketing cookies
These are used to serve personalised ads. This is a web analytics service.
c) Functional cookies
These allow the website usage to be analysed in order to measure and improve performance. As an attached video player service – to watch YouTube videos on the website – this area must be accepted. The user can then watch, share and comment on the videos.
The cookies can be revoked at any time. You can configure your browser setting according to your preferences and refuse to accept individual or all cookies. Please note that you may then not be able to use all the functions of this website.
The use of cookies becomes transparent to you if you set your browser so that it informs you about the placement of cookies, block cookies or delete cookies from your hard drive after you have finished your Internet session.
Job Applications
We are responsible for all personal data that you entrust to us in connection with your job applications. On our career pages you will find job advertisements for which you can apply by e-mail or via our application form. When you decide to apply for this position, you are not only submitting your personal data, but also information about your academic and professional background. All documents are submitted on a voluntary basis. In addition, the processing of the data is carried out for the purpose of deciding on the establishment of an employment relationship in accordance with Section 26 (1) BDSG-neu (new Federal Data Protection Act).
When your application documents are sent via the application form, they are automatically read out (not sure what is ‘read out’ - printed out? scanned? imported?) and recorded in our applicant management system. All documents sent with the application (covering letter, curriculum vitae, certificates and other evidence) as well as the information contained therein are stored.
The applicant management system or applicant portal is operated by concludis GmbH Frankfurter Str. 561, 51145 Cologne. The applicant portal is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25 in 91710 Gunzenhausen in the computer centers in Nuremberg and Falkenstein. Your CV will be processed automatically by the parsing tool of Textkernel or JoinVision. Your data will be deleted after parsing with Textkernel or JoinVision. In addition to hosting, concludis also takes over service and maintenance of the applicant management software. In the course of the service, a telephone consultation also takes place in the handling of the software. In this context it may happen that employees of concludis GmbH have access to the applicant data. A contract for order processing has been concluded with concludis, which also covers the confidential handling of applicant data. You have the right to access your data, to receive information about your data and to correct it. If you would like to change or delete your data or your CV, simply log into the applicant portal with your user name and password and use the corresponding functions under the EXTRAS menu item. Your application data is then physically deleted and can no longer be recovered.
If you send us your application documents in person or by post, we will digitize and record them in our applicant management system. We will return the original documents to you.
In the event of a successful application, your application documents will be included in the personnel file. If your application was not successful, we will keep it for up to 6 months after completion of the application process and then destroy it in accordance with data protection regulations. If we wish to keep your application documents longer, we will obtain your consent separately.
In principle, all personal data is processed and administered by the Interprint location to which you have directed your application. By submitting your application, you agree that we process your data within the scope of the respective recruitment procedure. Interprint is obliged to comply with the applicable national data protection regulations. If you have anyquestions regarding your application and your details, please contact the contact person of the appropriate country.
Server Log files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in so-called server log files. These are browser type/version, operating system used, referrer and requested URL, the public IP address of the accessing computer and the time of the server request.
This data is recorded anonymously, i.e. without any personal reference. This data will not be combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to retrospectively examine this log data in the event of concrete evidence of illegal activity.
Online-based Audio and Video Conferences (Conference tools)
We use online conference tools, among other things, for communication with our customers. The tools we use are listed in detail below. If you communicate with us by video or audio conference using the Internet, your personal data will be collected and processed by the provider of the respective conference tool and by us. The conferencing tools collect all information that you provide/access to use the tools (email address and/or your phone number). Furthermore, the conference tools process the duration of the conference, start and end (time) of participation in the conference, number of participants and other “context information” related to the communication process (metadata).
Furthermore, the provider of the tool processes all the technical data required for the processing of the online communication. This includes, in particular, IP addresses, MAC addresses, device IDs, device type, operating system type and version, client version, camera type, microphone or loudspeaker and the type of connection.
Should content be exchanged, uploaded, or otherwise made available within the tool, it is also stored on the servers of the tool provider. Such content includes, but is not limited to, cloud recordings, chat/ instant messages, voicemail uploaded photos and videos, files, whiteboards, and other information shared while using the service.
Please note that we do not have complete influence on the data processing procedures of the tools used. Our possibilities are largely determined by the corporate policy of the respective provider. Further information on data processing by the conference tools can be found in the data protection declarations of the tools used, and which we have listed below this text.
The conference tools are used to communicate with prospective or existing contractual partners or to offer certain services to our customers (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR). Furthermore, the use of the tools serves to generally simplify and accelerate communication with us or our company (legitimate interest in the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Insofar as consent has been requested, the tools in question will be used on the basis of this consent; the consent may be revoked at any time with effect from that date.
Data collected directly by us via the video and conference tools will be deleted from our systems immediately after you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the reason for storing the data no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your end device until you delete them. Mandatory legal retention periods remain unaffected.
We have no influence on the duration of storage of your data that is stored by the operators of the conference tools for their own purposes. For details, please directly contact the operators of the conference tools.
We employ the following conference tools:
a) Microsoft Teams
We use Microsoft Teams. The provider is Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. For details on data processing, please refer to the Microsoft Teams privacy policy: More.
We have entered into a contract data processing agreement with the provider of Microsoft Teams and implement the strict provisions of the German data protection agencies to the fullest when using Microsoft Teams.
Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "Cookies", text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In case IP anonymising is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated within the area of the Member States of the European Union or other parties to the agreement on the European Economic Area.
The IP address that your browser transmits within the scope of Google Analytics will not be associated with any other data held by Google.
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available here.
We use Google Analytics to analyse and improve the use of our website. The statistics acquired allow us to regularly improve our services and make them more interesting for you as a user. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing takes place on the basis of Article 6 (1) p. 1 (f) GDPR; consent can be revoked at any time. On this website Google Analytics was extended by the code "anonymizeIp" in order to guarantee an anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. You can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your use in your customer account under "My data", "Personal data".
You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by clicking on the link "Deactivate Google Analytics" at the end of the text. An opt-out cookie is set, which prevents the future collection of your data when visiting this website.
Google Web Fonts
This site uses so-called web fonts, provided by Google, for the uniform representation of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally. There is no connection to Google servers.

Google Maps (with consent)
This site uses the mapping service Google Maps via an API. Provider is Google Ireland Limited („Google“), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland.
To ensure data protection on this website, Google Maps is deactivated when you enter this website for the first time. A direct connection to the Google servers is only established if you activate Google Maps yourself (Consent after Article 6 (1) p. 1 (f) GDPR). This prevents your data from being transferred to Google the first time you enter the page.
After activation, Google Maps will save your IP address. This is usually transferred and saved to a Google server in the USA. The provider of this page has no influence on this data transfer after activating Google Maps.

YouTube
Our Website includes the video platform YouTube (www.youtube.com) from YouTube, LLC at designated locations to enable playback of audio and video files.
These videos will obtain your permission to redirect to YouTube before playing. Only upon your consent will the embedded YouTube player connect to YouTube so that the video and audio files can be transmitted and played back. Data will also be transmitted to YouTube, LCC, as the responsible body for www.youtube.com. We are not responsible for YouTube's processing of these data.

Facebook
Interprint uses the technical platform and the services of Facebook Ireland Ltd.; 4 Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Ireland for the offered information service in the Interprint Facebook pages. We would like to point out that you use this Faceebook page and its functions on your own responsibility. This means particular the use of the interactive functions (e.g. commenting, sharing, rating).
When you visit our Facebook page, Facebook records among others your IP address and other information that is available on your PC in the form of cookies. This information is used to provide us as the operator with statistical information about the use of the Facebook pages. More information about this here.
The data collected about you in this context is processed by Facebook Ltd. and, if necessary, transferred to countries outside the European Union. Facebook describes in general terms which information Facebook receives and how they use this information in its data policy. How Facebook uses the data from visit to Facebook pages for its own purpose, which activities are assigned to individual users, how long Facebook saves this data and whether data is passed on to third parties is not named clearly by Facebook and is not known to us.
When accessing a Facebook page, the IP address assigned to your device is transmitted to Facebook. According to Facebook, this IP address is anonymized and deleted after 90 days. Facebook also saves information about the devices of its users (e.g. as part of the function for the ‘registrations notification’); Facebook may be able to assign IP addresses to individual users.
If you are currently logged in to Facebook as a user, there is a cookie on your device with your Facebook-ID. This enables Facebook to understand that you have visited this page and how you have used it. This also appies to all other Facebook pages. Facebook buttons intergrated into websites anable Facebook to record your visits to these websites and assign them to your Facebook profile. Based on this data, content or advertising can be offered tailored to you.
If you want to avoid this, you should log out of Facebook or rather deactivate the ‘stay logged in’ function, delete the cookies on your device and close and restart your browser. This will delete information about you and allows you to use our Facebook pages without revealing your Facebook-ID. After you have logged in, Facebook will again recognize you as a specific user.

Objection or revocation regarding the processing of your data
