PR & Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Writing and placing press releases, specialist articles, and company news in relevant media
  • Further developing and maintaining our employee app
  • Operational and strategic development of our social media communication (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Planning, implementing, and optimizing paid social campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Ads)
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on relevant KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, etc.)
  • Supporting communication around trade shows, events, and product launches
  • Observing trends in PR, social media, and B2B communication—and creatively integrating them into our activities
Your Profile:
  •  Degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in PR, corporate communications, and/or social media in a B2B environment
  • Excellent written communication skills in German and English
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and AI-supported analysis and management tools
  • Experience with paid media, campaign management, and performance analysis
  • Creative, strategic, organized, and trend-conscious with strong teamwork skills and initiative
