Head of Operations Engineering (m/f/d)

For our maintenance department, we are looking for a forward-thinking and committed leader who, with professional competence, strong leadership skills and a good eye for the big picture, will reliably develop and oversee the team and our technical facilities.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Management and strategic development of maintenance
  • Planning and implementation of maintenance measures
  • Ensuring the technical availability and functionality of production machines and systems
  • Structured weak point analysis for production optimisation
  • Responsibility for the maintenance budget, including planning
  • Responsible electrical engineer
  • Compliance with legal regulations, standards and testing requirements
Your Profile:
  • Completed training in the field of electronics
  • Master craftsman, technician or completed degree in the field of electrical engineering
  • Professional and management experience in the field of industrial engineering
  • Knowledge of SIMATIC S5/S7, ProTool, WinCC flexible, WinCC, V6.0/V.7 is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of drive technology / Siemens Masterdrive, Simotion / Sinamics is desirable
  • Very good German and good English skills
