Quality Management Officer (m/f/d)

Satisfied customers are our top priority. Efficient processes and a low error rate are crucial to achieving this – and effective quality management forms the foundation. In this responsible role, you will play a key part in further developing our quality management system and actively helping to shape a sustainable culture of quality within the company.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Managing and further developing the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001
  • Conducting internal and external audits
  • Monitoring and managing change through the development, analysis and application of PDCA cycles
  • Generating meaningful data and key performance indicators to describe, evaluate and monitor relevant processes
  • Contributing to the optimisation of quality indicators and processes
  • Organising and facilitating quality circles to promote cross-departmental collaboration
Your Profile:
  • A degree in quality management or process management, or equivalent further training, or several years’ professional experience in these fields
  •  A good understanding of ISO 9001
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to assert oneself constructively, combined with empathy and a team-oriented approach
  • Excellent command of German and a good command of English
