Business Analyst - Finance & Strategy (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Preparing regular forecasts and conducting target-actual analyses
  • Preparing management reports, decision-making documents, and ad hoc analyses for management
  • Optimizing the group-wide key performance indicator system
  • Leading and implementing group-wide strategic projects, particularly in the finance area
  • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as management of relevant interfaces
  • Active involvement in shaping finance and strategy processes, as well as continuous optimization of existing structures
  • Further development of risk management and internal control systems
  • Analysis and preparation of complex accounting and valuation issues
Your Profile:
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field, preferably with a focus on finance and accounting, or a comparable degree program with this specialization
  • At least two years of professional experience in business analysis and/or the automation/digitization of (financial) processes (particularly in reporting)
  • A solid understanding of financial processes rounds out your profile
  • Quick comprehension as well as strong analytical and holistic thinking
  • A structured and independent work style with a high sense of responsibility
  • Very good Excel skills (analyses, reconciliations, structured tables)
  • Very good German and English language skills
