Business Analyst - Finance & Strategy (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Preparing regular forecasts and conducting target-actual analyses

Preparing management reports, decision-making documents, and ad hoc analyses for management

Optimizing the group-wide key performance indicator system
-
Leading and implementing group-wide strategic projects, particularly in the finance area
-
Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as management of relevant interfaces
-
Active involvement in shaping finance and strategy processes, as well as continuous optimization of existing structures
-
Further development of risk management and internal control systems
-
Analysis and preparation of complex accounting and valuation issues
Your Profile:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field, preferably with a focus on finance and accounting, or a comparable degree program with this specialization

At least two years of professional experience in business analysis and/or the automation/digitization of (financial) processes (particularly in reporting)

A solid understanding of financial processes rounds out your profile
-
Quick comprehension as well as strong analytical and holistic thinking
-
A structured and independent work style with a high sense of responsibility
-
Very good Excel skills (analyses, reconciliations, structured tables)

Very good German and English language skills
