Cantara wins the Interzum Award 2024 in Guangzhou, China

The influential trade fair for the furniture production, woodworking machinery and interior decor industry in Asia – interzum guangzhou  will take place from 28 to 31 March 2024. Interprint’s decor Cantara wins the Interzum Award 2024 in Guangzhou, China in the category "Outstanding Furniture Accessories".

Great things often come from small things. Cantara is inspired by the leather of the pearl stingray. The unusual patterns, the fascinating pearl structure and the special colour nuances create an extraordinary design. The irregularity of the pearl scales brings out wildness, while the unique pearl grains allow the decor to smoothly blend into a variety of styles. Cantara conveys a natural feel and is definitely one of the most outstanding of the many natural decors.

Interprint has always emphasized the importance of sustainability in the furniture industry. Most of the traditional decorative papers are based on terrestrial creatures. Therefore, only 1% of the world’s leather products are made from sustainable fish skins and fish skin products.

The award is a recognition of the company's quality, originality and expertise. Interprint hopes that the award will also motivate other companies to focus on sustainable materials and utilise the potential of these innovative designs.
