Interprint apprentice is the best industrial clerk in Germany
What a great degree! With 99.4 out of 100 points, Julia Ulbrich from Interprint is the best of 14,713 trainees in the industrial clerk apprenticeship program. This makes her the best in Germany. Everyone at the IHK Arnsberg (Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Arnsberg) and of course at Interprint is impressed by this achievement. In the last eight years, at least one apprentice has always achieved a very good result, but a top result like this is almost unbeatable.
“I really didn't expect this and couldn't even realize it. This achievement means a lot to me,” says Julia Ulbrich proudly. “I was really very happy with my choice. The apprenticeship was diverse and had a lot of practical relevance, which I really liked.” Among other things, the 22-year-old worked in the distribution, accounting, purchasing, HR and sales departments at Interprint.
At Interprint, the apprenticeship is never the end. Rather, it is the beginning of a long career. Over 30 percent of employees have completed an apprenticeship at Interprint. Julia continues to work in sales at the international decor printer after completing her training. She is responsible for customers from countries such as South Africa and Thailand. Alexander Stoll, Director Operations, was also an apprentice at Interprint and says: “To have delivered such an achievement is unique, and we really appreciate having such a young talent in our company.“
But what attracts young people like Julia to work at Interprint? “There's always something new and you often get to see the latest design developments.” Julia Ulbrich explains. Interprint knows the markets and is known as a style expert and trendsetter in the interior industry. The lifestyle theme promises exciting topics – a future perspective that many potential employees appreciate. Others are attracted by the pioneering role in technical innovations. If you want to be at the forefront, Interprint is the right place for you.
Young professionals are the future. That's why training and supporting young talents is so important to the company. Regular surveys show that trainees are very satisfied at Interprint. For over 10 years, the company has been awarded with the quality seal “Excellent training company” again and again. And now even the trainees have been honored. Training Manager Andrea Pusch is also congratulating them and says proudly: “It really is an excellent result. The ambition that Julia Ulbrich has shown is not to be taken for granted. The certificate from the IHK in Berlin will have a special place.
In 2025, young people will still be able to start their careers with an apprenticeship at Interprint. The places for industrial clerks such as Julia Ulbrich are already full, but there are still apprenticeships available in Arnsberg in the fields of media technology and mechatronics. Anyone who would like to get a taste of the company as a student trainee is also welcome to get in touch. More information can be found at interprint.com/career.
