Interprint Spain (IP Decor Spain S.A.U) has participated in the Alt Impacte 2021 of the Acció program of the Generalitat de Catalunya to subsidize the incorporation of personnel for the implementation of its new impregnation line during 2021 and 2022.

The project involves the development of a new safe, efficient, and sustainable production process, which means an increase in production activity that allows the Company to respond to market demand forecasts, reaching customers where there was no possibility of selling previously and expanding the range of products to existing customers.

The bet for a new business activity has implied not only the hiring of specialized personnel, but also the training of this, in a totally new process for the company; after these two years of starting the project, the personnel is more and more familiar with the process and the assumed result is the expected one, since as a consequence of this project IP Decor Spain SAU has achieved:

// To provide a better response to the current demands of the sector, which is looking for increasingly specific products, thus assuming a vertical integration with an advance in the value chain.

// To favor the hiring of new personnel at its Tordera facilities, as well as to generate indirect employment in the region.

As a result of the above, it can be concluded that the Company, through the execution of the project, has assumed the commitment to improve its customer-oriented business competitiveness, maximum efficiency in the supply chain and the generation of new market opportunities thanks to the economic support of ACCIÓ, the Agency for the Support of Business Competitiveness attached to the Department of Business and Knowledge of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
