BEYOND EDITION
Where no one has gone before
Three. Two. One. Engine starts. Lift off. The IP25 Spaceship takes off, the journey of thought begins. Join us. And discover the future of interior design. Beyond trends. Beyond standards. What began in 2023 with &CO continued with (Un)limited, Trendless and Unbound. Now the journey is going a long way further. Into the unknown. Into the unexpected.
The Interprint BEYOND EDITION develops proven editions further. Remixed. Interpreted. Modernized. And supplemented. It combines visions with classics. Innovations with masterpieces of craftsmanship. The creative with the down-to-earth. How do you get there? By looking at various relevant themes and drawing the right conclusions from them. By asking the right questions at the right time.
Nature.
Can a mushroom be our new head of design?
May the force be with you! On our journey into new worlds, we encounter simple but highly creative living creatures. Mushrooms are masters of improvisation. They grow with an amazing sense of form and color. With spirals, fine lines and structures. More precisely than any algorithm could calculate. They show that design is not an end in itself, but arises from the process.
So what if nature took over the creative line for interior design? In the form of a mushroom. Without looking at trends and fads. The shapes would be organic and elegant. Raw and lively. Just like the structures of Interprint wood decors. Grains are allowed to unfold. Fine line structures and knotholes become design statements. Beauty lies in becoming, not in planning.
Society.
When is a circle truely round?
When we leave hyperspace, we land in a world with a completely new type of civilization. With a society that thinks and acts sustainably. That can be a role model. Hyper-normal. It shows us that interior design is not a master plan. It is a process. A dialog. With what already exists. The Interprint stone decors are the best example.
If you transform what is already there, something new emerges. Lines that vary in width. Patterns that break up. Depth that can be felt. The decors are made up of fragments. Stone by stone. Sometimes angular, sometimes fragile. Only when they come together does a new whole emerge. The circle closes. The future begins. Sustainable.
Material.
Should pattern grow instead of being designed?
Let's beam onwards. Into a world that is constantly changing. Where things happen without being planned. Where interior design concepts look like landscapes. Everything has a life of its own. Shows traces of the process. By no means perfect, but always relevant.
Although light years away from home, we think of the Interprint metal decors. The surprising is created through processing and weathering. Sometimes crater landscapes. Sometimes plays of light. Sometimes industrial projection surfaces. Intense traces of use tell stories. With character. With room for interpretation. The material and its surface are the starting point for new ideas. Multi-layered, lively.
Tech.
Is artificial symmetry the new harmony?
The next world we head for is particularly inviting. And this despite the fact that computer-aided systems determine what happens. Advanced technology reveals new possibilities every day. More human than humans. Artificial intelligence has learned not only to imitate beauty, but to redefine it. AI is no longer just a tool, but a co-creation partner. Designs are created from data and algorithms - symmetrical, harmonious and full of individuality.
Whether wood or stone, traditional processing techniques were previously determined by the physical limits of the materials. Now, Interprint Creative decors can be virtually processed and explored in a way that was previously unthinkable. Digital textures are created that cannot exist in the physical world. Familiar and yet surprisingly new.
Vision.
Can past aesthetics interfere with future innovation?
A future full of freedom lies ahead of us. Where trends no longer count, but rather wishes and needs. After all, there is not just one trend, one color, one style. Especially when it comes to interior design. The interplay makes all the difference. Wood, stone and metal give colors new depth and context. They are inseparable from the feel, surface and material effect.
Interprint Color decors are not quick statements, but long-term decisions with individual meaning. With attitude. With character. Artists, creatives, designers, photographers, architects, thought leaders, scientists and customers help Interprint to use color to create spaces that evolve with the future.
What awaits us at the second star on the left?
The journey with IP25 continues. There is still so much to discover. Beyond the familiar. The future of interior design has not yet been written. Unless you write it. Interprint is constantly searching, researching and developing people's lifestyles. Stay curious!
