Interprint Strengthens Global Marketing and Design Leadership:

Sabrina Wieland Appointed International Director of Marketing & Sinem Degerli Piatek Takes Over Global Design Leadership

Interprint, a subsidiary of the Toppan Group, continues its global transformation with two key leadership appointments: Sabrina Wieland, former Head of Design at Schattdecor Group (2020–2024), has been named International Director of Marketing. At the same time, Sinem Degerli Piatek steps into the role of International Director of Design. With her international profile and deep understanding of cultural nuances, Sinem enhances Interprint’s creative expressiveness across global markets.

These appointments reflect Interprint’s strategic shift toward deeper integration of marketing and creative strategy across regions.

Strategic Realignment and Technological Diversification

Under the leadership of Martijn Huisman, CMO since July, Interprint is reorganizing its design, marketing and repro functions into internationally structured teams with clear leadership responsibilities. The new setup promotes autonomy and synchronization across continents, while strengthening alignment with parent company Toppan.

In parallel, Interprint is expanding beyond traditional decor paper into thermoplastic materials, investing in new solutions for digital printing on PP and PVC. These technological advancements open new application areas and reinforce Interprint’s position as an innovation leader in the surface materials industry.

Sabrina Wieland: Design Expertise Meets Marketing Strategy

Wieland brings a rare blend of creative insight and strategic leadership. She will be responsible for shaping and scaling global marketing strategies with a strong focus on brand and user experience. Her experience leading complex design initiatives at Schattdecor will now drive Interprint’s global brand positioning.

Sinem Degerli Piatek: Global Design Vision with Cultural Depth

Sinem Degerli Piatek joins Interprint with a vision of design as cultural dialogue. Her international perspective and deep understanding of regional markets make her the ideal leader for global design. Together with Wieland, she forms a powerful duo that unites creative excellence with strategic coherence.

A New Chapter for Interprint

Interprint’s transformation – organizational, structural and technological – marks its evolution into a data-driven, insight-led company with a global creative vision. The industry will be watching closely to see how these changes impact brand identity, innovation and market reach.
