Grown Together
Interprint Honors the Loyalty of Long-Standing Employees
Events like this are ones a CEO gladly attends. A few days ago, Jens Bauer, CEO of the Arnsberg-based décor printer Interprint, congratulated 44 employees at the Rodelhaus for their many years with the company. Some have been there for 10, 20, 25, 30 or even 35 years. One colleague has even reached 45 years. This continuity is rooted in Interprint’s positive working environment — and it has been a key driver of the company’s growing success over the past decades.
It’s like being part of a big family: the longer people know and work with each other, the more smoothly routines and processes run. Everyone knows each other’s strengths. They know they can rely on agreements and commitment. They trust in their teamwork. This was also emphasized by CEO Jens Bauer in his speech to the anniversary celebrants. In 2025, 44 skilled employees celebrated their work anniversaries at Interprint. Thirteen of them had even completed their training at the company and have been contributing to its success ever since. As a reward for their long-standing loyalty, they received various gifts depending on their years of service, an attractive bonus, and additional vacation days.
“You can be proud of yourselves for contributing so significantly to the remarkable development of our company! Without you — without your diligence, dedication, and passion — Interprint would not be the company it is today.” With great respect, Jens Bauer praised their loyalty and consistency — values that are far from guaranteed in today’s job market, where turnover is high. Over the years and decades, colleagues have truly “grown together.” This can be seen not only in their strong team spirit but also in their steadily increasing expertise. Their close bond shapes the company’s positive culture and is essential for outstanding results.
The good feeling begins already during training. This is precisely why Interprint is regularly awarded the “Excellent Training Company” seal by its apprentices — and has been for more than 10 years. The process of “growing together” starts with training. Teams form that take joy in their work for many years. Interprint creates a work environment that makes this possible — one where managers and employees interact collegially and at eye level. Attractive career development opportunities also make a long-term career at Interprint appealing. Looking at the long-serving employees, it’s clear that this is not just an empty promise but a modern work culture that has been practiced for many years.
